21 DAY MORNING DETOX ROUTINE

As we entered a new year, we all know the motto is New Year-New You so why not start this year off right with a good detox. Detoxing can be so good for your body, I use them all the time. I like to switch it up on what detox I am going to do for the month. I recently came across the 21 Day Morning Detox routine and felt amazing while doing it.

Here’s what you do: Right when you wake up, before you eat anything – drink a big glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon.

When you start doing this morning detox routine, you will feel and see results. When you detox, the benefits are worth it, you could see:

glowing skin

anti-ageing effects

MORNING DETOX ROUTINE:

Ingredients:

1/2 lemon

2-4 cups of warm water

DIRECTIONS:

squeeze the lemon into your warm water

drink this first thing in the morning, before breakfast, then eat as normal.

If your mornings are rushed, just drink your lemon water as you get dressed, or when you get into the office.
